This cake is suitable for those who follow a diet or consume healthy food
For the cake
it isn’t possible to give exact directions as each type of alternative flour is
specific and has its own properties so the recipe must be adapted to the type
of flour.
I used a flour called mix1 which is rich in plant fibers. This flour is low carb and low fat. The base is very delicious and easy-prepared.
For the
cream, mix very well the above ingredients and you make a thick cream.
When the
cake becomes cold, you can pour the cream on top and put it on the refrigerator
After an
hour you can sprinkle with strawberry jam without sugar and dark chocolate
truffle with stevia
Alternatively,
you can add cranberries, fresh fruits for a healthy sweet, and so on.
