Ingredients

For the base of the cheesecake


You can use a low-carb flour and you follow the recipe that is written on the packing. I used a flour called mix1 which is rich in plant fibers. This flour is low carb and low fat. The base is very delicious, healthy, light and easy-prepared.

My advice is to take a type of alternative flour and see the directions for making a cake.

For the cream

400 gr low fat yoghurt

400 gr cream cheese

100 gr honey

50 ml lemon juice

1 vanilla stick

This cake is suitable for those who follow a diet or consume healthy food

For the cake it isn’t possible to give exact directions as each type of  alternative flour is specific and has its own properties so the recipe must be adapted to the type of flour.

For the cream, mix very well the above ingredients and you make a thick cream.

When the cake becomes cold, you can pour the cream on top and put it on the refrigerator

After an hour you can sprinkle with strawberry jam without sugar and dark chocolate truffle with stevia

Alternatively, you can add cranberries, fresh fruits for a healthy sweet, and so on.
