  5.  Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water per day. You will keep your body hydrated and the breakdown of fat will be aided.
  6.  It’s important to have an active life by doing daily physical exercises. Combine aerobic exercise with resistance to burn fat and enhance muscle. A tight body seems more attractive and slimmer
  7. Massage is also very effective and you see results quickly
